Allied Mobility hosts third South East Mobility Day boasting impressive attendance
On 17th July, Allied Mobility held its third event of the year at the Historic Dockyards in Chatham, Kent, with 220 people attending the day.
The wheelchair accessible vehicles manufacturer was joined by partners Elap and Brig-Ayd in showcasing a range of vehicles. Allied Mobility’s full range of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) were also on display.
Mobility Solutions, a retailer specialising in assistive products for elderly and disabled people, was also present at the event with a pop-up shop and display unit.
In addition, Allied Mobility’s accessible hire team were available to discuss the company’s WAV and adapted vehicles rentals scheme. According to Allied Mobility, the rentals team were especially busy as people were enquiring about future holidays with a wheelchair accessible car.
Guests were able to see the WAVs and talk to the mobility advisors and sales team who helped on the day.
Allied Mobility said that its South East Mobility Day received positive feedback and attracted a range of people, including families, couples, care groups and individuals.
Founded in 1993, Allied Mobility is a division of the Allied Vehicles Group, which specialises in adapted and special purpose vehicles.
