World Cup England Semi-finals

As excitement for England’s semi-final World Cup match against Croatia reaches fever pitch, companies in the mobility industry are taking to social media to show their support for the team.

The match tonight will be the first time since 1990 that England has played in a World Cup semi-final, with the country hoping the team will be successful in reaching the finals, a feat that hasn’t been achieved for an England squad for 52 years.

The day, ceremoniously dubbed ‘Waistcoat Wednesday’ in honour of England manager Gareth Southgate’s sartorial choices, will see millions of fans across England watch the match taking place in Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium.

The winners will go on to face France in the World Cup Final on Sunday.

Below are some of the tweets, posts and promotions mobility retailers and suppliers up and down the country have published announcing their support for the team, showcasing more how the mobility industry is using social media creatively.
