This rugged yet lightweight British-made three-wheel buggy offers outstanding off-road capabilities, enabling carer families to access all areas: the woods, the hills – even the beach – in safety and comfort. Following many requests, Delichon has added a small Delta - ideal for smaller children - and an intermediate size for older children and young adults.
With the extended range, more people can benefit from Delichon's attention to design detail found in the Delta buggy. The short wheelbase alloy frame with low centre of gravity provides exceptional rough terrain manoeuvrability, making woodland walks and country paths more accessible. Safety is further emphasised by the buggy's dual lockable ‘mountain bike' style levers that control the rear drum brakes for stress-free parking, and the use at key points of all-metal joints with carbon fibre reinforced nylon bearings to enhance frame rigidity and durability.
Delta's adjustable multi-position handle makes for dependable hassle-free handling regardless of the carer's height. Occupants get a more comfortable ride with the performance outdoor fabric seat and its mesh inset further improves visibility for the carer. The unit folds quickly and easily and fits readily into most car boots.
With this introduction, the Delta all-terrain buggy is now available in four sizes: small for younger users up to 112cms, medium for users up to 150cms, intermediate for up to 160cms, and large to 180cm.
