Cosyfeet look to support community project with annual award

Cosyfeet, a supplier of footwear with extra room for swollen feet, is offering its Community Project Award of £750 to help support projects aimed at enriching the lives of older people.

With many of the company’s customers aged over 65 - an age group often affected by loneliness and isolation – Cosyfeet’s Community Project Award provides valuable funding to a registered charity or not-for-profit whose community project helps older people within Britain.

"Our award is available to community projects that benefit older people and provide them with a sense of community,” says Managing Director Andrew Peirce.

"We support projects that offer practical and emotional support, keep older people active or give them the chance to socialise.”

Presented annually, the Community Project Award award was bestowed to Swanage Disabled Club last year, which used the funds to rent a sea front beach hut for its members, coinciding with the Swanage Carnival and Regatta.

Organisations wishing to enter the Cosyfeet Community Project Award 2018 can apply online at: or call for an application form on 01458 447275.

The closing date for entries is 31st July 2018. The winning organisation will be announced in September.
