Telecare and telehealth provider Tunstall is celebrating its diamond anniversary on the 20th March 2017. The company was the first to develop alarm systems specifically for older people.
Tunstall says that 2017 will be a pivotal year for the company, as they continue to develop digitally connected healthcare services and become more integrated and cost-effective.
David McKinney, Managing Director, UK & Ireland, commented: "This anniversary gives us a unique opportunity to both celebrate our heritage and look forward to future innovations. The last sixty years have seen Tunstall achieve many industry firsts, and as digital opportunities accelerate the speed of change, we will
see many more. I would like to thank our customers for their support so far and we look forward to working in partnership with them in the future to create more ground-breaking and life-changing solutions.”
Tunstall’s cloud-based Connected Healthcare ecosystem connects all elements of healthcare for the first time together for the first time. Service users, the services and devices that protect and support them, the formal and informal carers who look after them, and the social care, health and housing providers can all be connected to one another in real-time, enabling enhancements to the quality of care and support provided in the home.
