Park House Healthcare has been successful in securing the order of 400 Permaflex Plus replacement mattresses for the Peterborough and Stamford NHS Foundation Trust.
Following a comprehensive audit carried of out by the Trust, which covered 700 mattresses across the three hospitals and the maternity unit, came the decision to work with Park House Healthcare to design and manufacture a bespoke mattress that would meet the needs across the Trust in terms of infection control, pressure area care and patient comfort.
The Permaflex Plus is a contoured foam pressure reducing mattress designed to provide optimum pressure reduction through effective weight distribution.
