An Urgent Field Safety Notice has been issued for The Ashby Contract Raised Toilet Seat manufactured by Gordon Ellis & Co
The notice relates to part numbers 6312/6314/6316
An indeterminate quantity of seats were assembled using a power screwdriver set at too high torque setting that could cause the plastic thread to strip and the screw to be loose so that the bracket, designed to clamp the raised toilet seat to the WC, cannot be tightened sufficiently.
