Members Area Registration Process

If you are working in a THIIS member company, then you can gain access to the special THIIS member's area.

The members area contains some of the stories from the magazine (useful if you don't get to see a copy or see the magazine weeks after it has been published), the weekly trade bulletins (so that you can pick them up if you miss one), extra stories that we haven't carried and much more.

Here are the details to enable you to get yourself active in the members area. You may find it easier to print out the instructions and follow them that way.

Here's what you have to do....

Go ‘Trade Visitor' on the menu at the top of the home page. That should take you to the Trade Visitor page where there is now a ‘Trade Members Area' block on the top right hand side of that page
Click on login and you will get to a page with a couple of fields (User & Password) and also ‘Password Recovery'
Click on Password Recovery and that will bring up a page with a space for you to enter your email address to request a password
The system should then generate a password and email it to you.
When you have your password, you can use that to login back on the Trade Visitor page. NOTE - We are using passwords that combine all the keys on the keyboard and so you may well get a password using a whole host of symbols. When we have tested the system the people who have experienced problems have mainly been those who have entered their password manually rather than copying and pasting it which might be a better way to do it.
When you login with your password, you'll see options appear under the ‘Trade Visitor' button at the top of the site which you wouldn't normally see. You can then go into any of these areas.
You can also go into ‘My Workspace' which you will find at the top of the page and on the left hand side (right at the very top). Here you can change your password for the future to one that is more memorable. The User Name is always your email address and cannot be changed.
Finally, if you do have a problem and forget your password, then you can click on ‘Password Recovery' again and it will send it through once more

NOTE: If you cannot enter the members and see a message telling you that your email address has not been recognised, then email info@thiis.co.ukand we will look into it for you. Please be aware that only email addresses that are from a current THIIS member company and that already receive the weekly trade email bulletins will activate an account.
